Plenty wind to get home by 4:30. Nobody needs that 27 MPH nonsense. When 12 is the # you're looking to see to get on the water, that's a super good forecast for tomorrow. I'm out for the day unfortunately.

I'll be deciding in the morning. I only have a 4 meter and 3.5 meter at the moment, so I may be going wherever looks the windiest. Nadja Bianchet is in town and looking to ride, so might try and convince her to come up north for some backflip practice.

Haha, I’ve been spoiled and only have been using my 3.0 recently. I dont want to have to go back to the big wings.
Yes, it looks like Leo has a longer, more consistent forecast of 26 mph for 5 hours. If I had all day I’d probably go there.

Im not loving this weird midday dip I’m seeing on Wind Alert. The windy HRRR still looks good all day.

Went out at Cabrillo yesterday and it was epic! Huge swell and pretty good wind until about 4 then it was too much and chopped everything up. It was breaking out at the buoy, swell probably 3-4ft on the outside. Super fun!

In retrospect I wish I had gone to Cabrillo or Topanga or County. Leo was windy, but very gusty. No waves really. It’s very hard to train freestyle when it’s that gusty.
