I’m sure you all have heard this before, my arms get pretty tired winging. Will this get easier as I progress? What’s everyone thoughts on a harness?

Use a harness. Weight lifting belt and rope work just fine.

Yeah everyone said you don’t need a harness when I was learning but after like 2 sessions I was like dude this is just like windsurfing I definitely need / want a harness. Allows me to ride more powered or overpowered if the wind picks up. Sessions as long as you want. Save my energy for tricks and pumping on foil. Go upwind super hard. Once you get comfortable on foil it doesn’t feel sketch.
If you just want to ride waves and use a small wing you definitely don’t need one. But to me there’s no downside of having it available.
I prefer the bungee lines or windsurfing style tubing. They also make a new system that is adjustable.
Here’s my video on how to make one from a life vest which decreases clutter.

My dad also made his own wing harness when he started winging.
